Recruitment steps

  1. Send us your CV or link to your LinkedIn profile and explain shortly why you are interested in the position.

  2. We invite you to two or three interviews. You meet your future team leader, HR representative, and possibly also the CEO.

  3. We wish to know more about your skills, knowledge, abilities, and interests. We use case studies to let you experience what our job is about.

  4. If everything goes well, we sign the contract and arrange your start date. We look forward to you joining our team.

Adaptation

We know that starting a new job in a new team might be challenging. On the first onboarding day we give you an introduction on how our company works.
You meet colleagues from the IT and HR departments, your manager and teammates. You get familiar with the systems and have the first training session.
You receive your individual adaptation plan and get introduced to your mentor. The plan includes an overview of your introductory training courses, goals, and tasks, and is designed to make the adaptation process easier for you.
